Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important for me. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify me within 7 days after you receive the item, and I’ll try my best to resolve the problem.
If the problem cannot be resolved, I offer exchanges and store credit and refunds under limited circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying me first.
